Oia, a tiny village built on a peninsula, situated in Santorini's caldera, Greece, is one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in the world. I know that you see pictures of Oia everywhere on Instagram and Pinterest, but it deserves all the hype it gets. The views are breathtaking and I can't recommend it enough!

The landscapes are jaw-droppingly stunning and photographs don't even do it justice. The architecture is embedded in a stark landscape, surrounded by dark volcanic rock and the blue sea; it feels like another world altogether. I was fortunate to visit this picturesque small Cycladic island of Santorini, Greece few times and always loved it for its contrast in colors and warmth of the people.
It is an island like no other in Greece. Richard Branson even dubbed it one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
